This is my final film for a couple of classes that I took this semester. It's my first real attempt at making a narrative film with actors, and I am extremely pleased. It's based on a short story by Miranda July. I have no intentions of doing anything with the film (copyright and all), but it was a really great exercise.
A lot of people have been asking me what it's about... Which is good? It should be open-ended and up for some interpretation, hopefully! But really, what the film boils down to, for me, is the need to connect and how hard most of us (myself especially?) push away from vulnerable human interaction.
I would really love any comments you may have.

Your movie here is terrific! It's almost pure cinema--- told almost entirely through subtle visuals. For me, it was very clear, you set up the symbols & signs so beautifully:
the sterile classroom, the shoes going out through the scuffed door, the breath on the glass, the crying woman's rosy sweater, ... I don't like things overexplained anyway, but you've given us plenty to go on. Great length too--just right.
