Just because you are in a foreign country, things work the same way. For example: if the door to your Stockholm hotel is hard to open, the probably isn't closed. You just have to push the door harder.

This is my final film for a couple of classes that I took this semester. It's my first real attempt at making a narrative film with actors, and I am extremely pleased. It's based on a short story by Miranda July. I have no intentions of doing anything with the film (copyright and all), but it was a really great exercise.

A lot of people have been asking me what it's about... Which is good? It should be open-ended and up for some interpretation, hopefully! But really, what the film boils down to, for me, is the need to connect and how hard most of us (myself especially?) push away from vulnerable human interaction.

I would really love any comments you may have.
